Country Western Line Dancing (DROP-IN!)

Drop-in to Country Western Line Dancing, a great way to get low-impact exercise with the added benefit of dancing to (mostly) Country Western music. Line dances are pre-set routines done without a partner. They require no particular skill, no experience, and no equipment. This class will present two new dances each week that will help you learn the vocabulary of line dancing and develop your skills.

WHAT TO WEAR

Find out what's happening in Medfordfor free with the latest updates from Patch.

Number one rule: be comfortable and safe from injury. Students should wear layers of clothes, as it may feel cool when you arrive, but will warm up as you dance. Wear shoes that allow you to twist your feet without sticking to the floor and that won't fly off if you kick. Leather or man-made soles work best.
