Hatha Yoga (DROP-IN!)

Using traditional and contemporary style postures (asanas), this class will guide you through a series of movements and breathing techniques that will engage your body and mind. You will experience an increase in strength, balance, and flexibility, and will participate in a guided meditation at the end of class to quiet the mind and elevate the spirit.

WHAT TO WEAR

Students should wear loose, comfortable clothes (workout gear is acceptable). Bare feet is required. Bring a bottle of water and your spirit.
