New Media | Fresh Paint Gallery Reception and Exhibit

Opening Reception: February 9, 2012 , 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

New Media | Fresh Paint features the colorful and diverse work of local Lending Artists who participate in deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum's Corporate Program. The Corporate Program is a membership initiative that offers Greater Boston area businesses exclusive benefits and the opportunity to support the Museum and New England-based contemporary artists. This program provides businesses with original artwork exhibitions of both established and emerging New England artists. Delicious hors d’oeuvres will be provided by East Meets West Catering and the reception is free and open to all.

The gallery features the brilliant collaboration of Destiny Palmer and Stephen Hamilton as well as the site-specific sculptural installation of Joey Asal, who fuses structure, sound, and light in a fantastic "floating" exhibit in Springstep's grand gallery.

A tour of Springstep's rental facilities will be held from 5:00-6:00pm.
