Join authors Keith Stavely and Kathleen Fitzgerald for an illustrated talk based ontheir new book Northern Hospitality: Cooking by the Book in New England. The book covers almost 400 historic New England recipes from the 17th century to the 20th century . The authors will discuss regional New England cooking and how it is much more than baked beans, chowder and clam cakes.
The talk will be followed by refreshments (including a sample item from the book) and a book signing.
