During 2010 a film crew and several interviewers went out into the community to film Medford residents as they talked about growing up here during the 20th Century.
The interviewees talked about the role of the family, the bustle of the Square, getting totally involved in sports and sharing good times at such hot spots as the Bal-a-Roue. In “those days” Medford was a place to make lasting friendships, enjoy every day life and appreciate things that had come before. Join us for a screening of this brief video which captures some of these special moments in Medford memory.
Stories of Medford was supported in part by a grant from the Medford Arts Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, and by many other community organizations. Friday March 11, 2011
