The Medford Historical Society and The Congregational Church of West Medford invite you to a presentation on the church's exciting history.
From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. we'll gather in the sanctuary to hear views on this congregation's place in the city's history. Speakers include Mayor Michael McGlynn, John Anderson of the society, Dorothy Eckstein of Temple Shalom, as well as Paul Roberts and Rev. Steven Savides of the church.
Founded as a Sunday School during the Civil War, the congregation has lived its mission and responded in innovative and inspiring ways to the unique challenges of the decades.
