Medford Man Arraigned On Murder Charges
Medford resident Roosslin Altidor has been arraigned on charges of murder.
WOBURN, MA—A Medford resident was arraigned on murder charges in Middlesex Superior Court on Tuesday.
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Tuesday in a press release that Roosslin Altidor, 25, has been arraigned in relation to the murder of Rasaun Nichols, 31, of Cambridge on Aug. 12. Police say that Nichols was struck by gunshots while driving a vehicle departing from Newtowne Court.
The vehicle was driven to Kendall Square and Nichols was found injured his vehicle. Nichols passed shortly after, and attempts to save Nichols’ life were unsuccessful.

A Middlesex Superior Court Grand Jury indicted Altidor on Dec. 7. Altidor will be held without bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 28.
The case is still under investigation by the Cambridge Police Department and Massachusetts State Police assigned to the Middlesex District Attorney’s office.
