Medford Voke Hosts Rep. Clark

MEDFORD, MA - Rep. Katherine Clark toured Medford Vocational-Technical High School today.

Clark joined Mayor Stephanie Burke, Senator Pat Jehlen, Representatives Paul Donato, Christine Barber, Superintendent Roy Belson, Medford Vocational-Technical High School Director Heidi Riccio, members of the Medford City Council, School Committee and students to tour Medford Vocational-Technical High School.

“Vocational and technical education are critical components to a 21st century economy,” said Congresswoman Clark. “Schools like Medford Vocational-Technical High prepare our talented students – our future workforce – for success.”

Offering 18 career and technical education programs, MVTHS is readying their students for college and careers in Biotechnology and Environmental Sciences, Business Technology, Engineering, Culinary Arts, Health Care and more, according to a release.
