The Middlesex Sheriff's Office and Medford Police stress they never demand payment or threaten arrest over the phone, urging anyone who gets such a call to hang up and contact the agency directly.

2. 2 Arrested In Connection With Medford Shooting (patch.com) — Medford police have arrested two 19-year-olds from Lynn in connection with a mid-August shooting on Salem Street in which no one was hurt but a building was struck.
