Suburban Construction is a full-service construction company based in Melrose Massachusetts. We offer a wide range of construction services from design/build to a complete finished product. We specialize in major renovations, additions and custom home builds as well as custom kitchen and bath remodeling.
Suburban Construction, LLC was established in 2009 in Melrose, Massachusetts as a small carpentry business, working primarily on custom designed and built millwork projects. We built mantles, book shelves, home libraries, window seats, mud rooms and much more. Due to high demand, we quickly expanded our service offering to include custom designed kitchens and bathroom remodels as well as general interior remodeling.
As Suburban grew over the next few years, we once again expanded our service capabilities to offer home additions as we transitioned into a full-service construction company serving clients throughout the Northshore.
We have built custom traditional and modern custom timber framed homes and we’ve completed many home transformations including additions and major renovations. We now offer a wide range of construction services including: architectural drawings, architectural plans, interior design, project management, general contracting, major home transformations, major additions, major remodeling, custom kitchens and bathrooms, custom home builds, timber frame builds, millwork, built-ins, built-in cabinetry, mud rooms, framing, excavation, foundations and much more.
