4 Somerville Residents Indicted By Grand Jury
The Middlesex DA's office on Thursday announced indictments handed down between April 24 and May 29.

SOMERVILLE, MA – The Middlesex District Attorney's office on Thursday announced grand jury indictments handed down between April 24 and May 29. Included in the indictments are four Somerville residents.
Richard Barbosa, 25, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a large capacity feeding device, possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of ammunition, and carrying a loaded firearm. The Assistant District Attorney is Emily Farley.
Kenneth Happas, 49, of Somerville, was charged with unarmed robbery, stealing by placing a person in fear, and being a habitual criminal (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Caitlin Gemmill.

Jonathan Machado, 23, of Somerville, was charged with home invasion, armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.
Jose Martinez, 43, of Somerville, was charged with rape and indecent assault and battery on a child over the age of 14. The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliareni.
