With grilling season rapidly approaching, Le Cordon Bleu is hosting the Best Ever BBQ Cooking Demonstration and Open House on June 11, to provide fresh ideas that can be used outside of the kitchen. Chef Jeff Mushin of Le Cordon Bleu will demonstrate the finer points of cooking BBQ fixings over open fire and share fool-proof tips on how to revive boring burgers using seasonal ingredients. The open house is also a great opportunity for aspiring chefs in your audience to learn tips on how-to become master of the coals, wood chips or gas grill and tour the campus.
