Police Log: May 3-8

The latest comprehensive report from the Somerville PD shows a marked increase in arrests last week.

Somerville’s finest were kept plenty busy last week (May 3-8), logging in twenty-six arrests. All information contained in this list was supplied by the Somerville Police Department. All persons charged with a crime are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

DRUG CHARGES: On May 3, Damien Didas, 34, of 15 Stickney Ave., was arrested at 281 Broadway. at 2:20 p.m. and charged with trafficking cocaine and drug violation near a school.

WARRANT FOR DRIVING VIOLATIONS: On May 4, Ignatius Immonje, 30, who resides at an undisclosed location, was arrested at 91 Highland Avenue at 12:15 a.m. on warrant charges for operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle (2 charges).

WARRANT FOR BREAKING AND ENTERING, RESISTING ARREST: On May 4, Brian Simeon, 18, of 34R North Street, was arrested at home at 6:18 a.m. on warrant charges for nighttime breaking and entering (felony) and resisting arrest.

WARRANT FOR ASSAULT & BATTERY WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON, LARCENY: On May 4, Donna Owens, 49, of 49 Marshall St., was arrested at home at 7:22 a.m. on two warrant charges of assault and battery (one with a dangerous weapon) as well as larceny over $250.

WARRANT FOR ASSAULT & BATTERY WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON, THREAT TO COMMIT CRIME: On May 4, Michael Blasi, 23, of 67 Jaques St., was arrested at home at 7:07 a.m. on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon as well as threatening to commit a crime.

WARRANT FOR ASSAULT & BATTERY WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON, PROPERTY DESTRUCTION, LARCENY: On May 4, Ryan Buckles, 26, of 59 Franklin Street. , was arrested at home at 8:00 a.m. on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, destruction of property over $250 and four counts of larceny.

WARRANT FOR TRESPASS, DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On May 4, Joseph McCulloch, 60, of 35 Otis St., was arrested at home at 8:17 a.m. on warrant charges for trespassing and destruction of property over $250.

WARRANT FOR RECEIPT OF STOLEN PROPERTY: On May 4, Michael Kocur, 33, of 16 Highland Ave, was arrested at 220 Washington St., at 10:53 a.m. on warrants for the following charges—larceny by check under $250, receipt of stolen property, destruction of property over $250, daytime breaking and entering (felony) and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. There was also a heroin-related charge the details of which are unclear.

COMMON NIGHTWALKING: On May 4, Yuffen Liu, 48, of 268R Powderhouse Blvd., was arrested at 1202 Broadway at 3:31 p.m. on charges of common nightalking.

ASSAULT & BATTERY: On May 4, Anthony Cundiff, 30, of 10 River Rd., was arrested at home at 7:54 p.m. and charged with assault and battery.

ASSAULT & BATTERY: On May 4, Sasha Johnson, 29, of 10 River Rd., was arrested at home at 7:54 p.m. and charged with assault and battery.

ASSAULT & BATTERY: On May 5, Ever Fabian, 22, of 70 Broadway, was arrested at home at 3:45 a.m. and charged with assault and battery.

LARCENY OVER $250: On May 5, Eddy Pamphile, 28, of 7 Remick Court, was arrested at 84 Broadway at 5:16 a.m. on charges of larceny over $250.

LARCENY OVER $250: On May 5, Juan Vazquez of 14 Atherton St., Roxbury, was arrested at 4 College Ave., at 2:29 p.m. on charges of larceny over $250.

WARRANT FOR DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE: On May 5, Emily Stanley, 25, of 10 Lopez St., Cambridge, was arrested at 559 Somerville Ave. at 4:36 p.m. on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

DRUG CHARGES: On May 5, Joseph Frejuste, 19, of 8 Flint St., was arrested at 10 Flint St. at 9:04 p.m. and charged with possession of a Class D drug near a school with intent to distribute (3 charges). [NOTE: Class D drugs usually indicates marijuana, but also includes the sedatives chloryl hydrate and phenobarbital, and some low dose prescription narcotics.]

OPERATING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: On May 5, Ethan Feller, 30, of 147 Albion St., was arrested on Elm St. at 11:17 p.m. and charged with operating under the influence or with a higher than .08 percent blood alcohol content as well as possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

DRUG CHARGES: On May 6, Marie Gaudette, 28, of 56 Orchard St., Lynn, was arrested at 30 Washington St. at 2:28 p.m. and charged with possession of an unspecified class of drug with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

MULTIPLE WARRANTS, NEW CHARGES: On May 6, Matthew Graham, 25, of 21 Eliot Rd. Revere, was arrested at 30 Washington St at 2:28 p.m. on multiple warrant charges for the following: destruction of property over $250, failure to yield (MV), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (2 counts), speeding, trespassing, kidnapping, assault and battery, larceny for over $250 and receipt of stolen property over $250. Additionally, Graham incurred the new charge of being present where heroin is kept.

DRUG CHARGES: On May 6, Katelyn Antzak, 24, of 8 Birch St., Saugus, was arrested at 30 Washington St. at 2:28 p.m. and charged with being present where heroin is kept. Antzak also incurred a warrant charge for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

DRUG CHARGES: On May 6, Dennis Dicato, 28, of 56 Orchard St., Lynn, was arrested at 30 Washington St. at 2:28 p.m. and charged with possession of an unspecified class of drug with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.

MOTOR VEHICLE CHARGES: On May 6, Leandro Mariano, 27, of 9 Dexter St., Medford, was arrested at 158 Pearl Street at 6:00 p.m. and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration, and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.

BREAKING AND ENTERING, TRESPASS, ASSAULT: On May 6, Steve Milice, 19, of 34A North Street, was arrested at 268 Powderhouse Blvd. at 9:25 p.m. and charged with breaking and entering (misdemeanor), assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and trespass.

CARRYING A FIREARM WITHOUT LICENSE: On May 6, Teodoro Garcia-Gonzales, 34, of 173 Walnut Street, was arrested at 9 New Washington St. at 11:18 p.m. and charged with carrying a firearm with ammunition, without a license and within 500 feet of a dwelling (3 charges). Additionally, Garcia-Gonzales incurred warrant charges for operating  a motor vehicle without a license, operating under the influence or with a higher than .08 percent blood alcohol content and marked lanes violation.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: On May 7, Oscar Murillo, 19, of 32 Loring St., was arrested at 29 Sewall St., at 4:21 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct.

ASSAULT & BATTERY: On May 8, EllenMarie McCann, 24, of 75 Jacques St., was arrested at 77 Jacques St. home at 1:19 p.m. and charged with assault and battery.
