Somerville's Bow Market: List Of Confirmed Shops
Who will be at the upcoming market in Union Square?

SOMERVILLE, MA – More than two dozen businesses are planned for Bow Market, an upcoming shopping and dining complex in an old Union Square storage building. The market, slated to open in 2018, can hold 32 storefronts, many of which will house vendors signed to short-term leases. In addition to the revolving door of options and a now-confirmed brewery, a theater and "one or two" brick-and-mortar businesses are planned for the space.
Bow Market was formally announced in March. In the months since, news has trickled in about who will set up shop at the complex.
Below is the full list of confirmed shops. (For daily newsletters and news alerts, subscribe to the Somerville Patch and like us on Facebook.)

- Remnant Brewing is slated to take over a large chunk of the market, with an interior of over 2,000 square feet and 1,000 square feet of outdoor space. The brewery is the brainchild of David Kushner and Joel Prickett, alums of John Harvard's Brewery and Lord Hobo, respectively. Rounding out the team is head brewer Charlie Cummings from Mystic Brewery in Chelsea. The menu will include saisons, IPAs, sessions, sours and stouts and all-day coffee service.
- Can't decide between roast beef or bar pizza? At North South, you won't have to. The restaurant serving both North Shore and South Shore staples, from the duo behind Mike & Patty's, will open at the upcoming Bow Market in Union Square. The main draws of North South will be a roast beef three-way, topped with barbecue sauce and mayonnaise, and a revolving menu of thin-crusted bar pies.
