Tuesday, July 31
• Carlos Rivera, 33, of Chelsea, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. on a Walpole warrant charge of larceny from building; Boston warrant charges of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle; Chelsea warrant charges of uttering false prescription, forgery of a document and larceny under $1,200; and Somerville warrant charges of uttering false prescription and shoplifting by asportation.

Friday, Aug. 3
• Dante Quinn, 30, of Arlington, was arrested at 4:47 p.m. and charged with distribution of a Class B drug (three counts) and possession of a Class A drug.

• Jamal Haywood, 25, was arrested at 8:01 p.m. and charged with possession of a counterfeit note and uttering counterfeit note (two counts). He also faces a Boston warrant charge of prisoner vandalizing jail/HC property.
• Eduardo Garcia, 40, of Revere, was arrested at 9 p.m. and charged with OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He also faces Chelsea warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and uninsured motor vehicle/trailer.
• Itamar Neto, 33, of Framingham, was arrested at 11:21 p.m. and charged with OUI liquor and operating motor vehicle with license revoked as HTO.
Saturday, Aug. 4
• Richard Abernathy, 30, of Cambridge, was arrested at 11:45 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace, threat to commit a crime and miscellaneous common law violation.
Sunday, Aug. 5
• Carlos Rodriguez-Cartagena, 20, of Somerville, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage.
• Vladimir Jean Baptiste, 27, of Roxbury, was arrested at 4:18 a.m. on a Boston warrant charge of disorderly conduct.
