Rape, Drugs And Assault: Waltham-Related Grand Jury Indictments
There were five Waltham-related Grand Jury Indictments handed down recently, according to the Middlesex DA.

WALTHAM, MA — Five Waltham-related indictments were handed down by a Grand Jury between November 21, 2017 and January 16, 2018, the Middlesex DA announced Monday. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Arson: Elder Castillo-Sanchez, 26, of Waltham, was charged with arson of a building. The Assistant District Attorney is Julie Kunkel. It appears he's been arrested before, Patch reports.
Assault with a Dangerous Weapon: Jordan Estrada, 30, of Waltham, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon on a person over the age of 60 and threatening to commit a crime. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Nagengast.

Drug Trafficking: Miguel Interiano-Vivas, 32, of Malden, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine and conspiracy to traffick cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Caitlin Gemmill.
Conspiracy: Dolores Ramos, 48, of Waltham, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine and conspiracy to traffick cocaine. She's been arrested before, according to Patch.The Assistant District Attorney is Caitlin Gemmill.

Rape: Mark O’Meara, 49, of Waltham, was charged with rape, entering a building without breaking in, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, strangulation, assault and battery (2 counts), witness intimidation, and malicious destruction of property over $250 in Watertown. The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.
