My husband Andy Curcuru and I agreed to embark on this exciting venture because of our foremost love and passion for music. As the music industry embraces a more digital strategy, Ripe Records Detroit will be a valuable reminder of how music retail can be a social affair; people hanging out together as a community and buying records. We are working very hard to ascertain our principles which include meeting and exceeding our customer's requirements and selling top quality music at a fair price. We want to bring back the sound and artwork of five generations of yesterday's vinyl music because as Roy Ayers said it "The true beauty of music is that it connects people..."
