Alleged Human Trafficker, Drug Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup

Queen City man indicted on rape charges, parents indicted for tying up the kids, man indicted for hurling racial slurs, threatening trooper.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Tyler Dostie, 24, of Whitehall Terrace in Hooksett, for improper influence, fail to report, witness tampering, obstruct government administration, criminal threatening, and criminal mischief, all felonies. On July 6, 2016, in Bedford, he allegedly hurled racial slurs and threatened to harm a state trooper and spit on the trooper’s cruiser after his girlfriend was arrested.

Victoria Dubbe, 33, pictured lower right, of Orange Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, with intent to distribute, allegedly on June 2, 2016, in Manchester.

Tavore Evans, 35, of Elm Avenue in Antrim, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methylphenidate, allegedly on April 4, 2017, in Antrim.

Amber Ford, 27, pictured upper right, of Grandview Street in Claremont, for two counts of felony trafficking in persons, allegedly in April and May 2015, in Manchester.

Seth Graywolf, 49, of Pine Street in Manchester, for pattern sexual assault, two counts of felonious sexual assault, and four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. In October 2012, he allegedly raped and fondled a girl under 13, and between November 2012 and August 2013, he allegedly sexually assaulted a teenage girl.

James Grenier, 26, pictured lower left, and Samantha Grenier, 27, pictured lower center, of Quirin Street in Manchester, were indicted for two counts of reckless conduct, four counts of criminal restraint, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all felonies, after police allegedly found their children tied up and covered in feces on Nov. 21, 2016, in Manchester.

Bobbie Jo Guyer, 33, of Cartier Street in Manchester, formerly of Concord, for felony common nuisance, on Sept. 13, 2016, in Manchester, for allegedly maintaining a drug den in an apartment, Michael MacMaster, on Cartier Street.

Ryan Haggerty, 31, pictured upper center, of Stark Street in Nashua, for felony operating after certification as a habitual offender, suspended registration, allegedly on July 7, 2016, while driving a 1998 Ford Econoline on Northern Boulevard in Amherst.

Raymond Horak, 55, of Gould Street in Henniker, for felonly possession of a controlled drug-hydromorphone, allegedly on July 5, 2016, in Antrim.

Nathan Laporte, 22, pictured upper left, of Goffstown Road in Manchester, for convicted felons, for allegedly possessing a Hi-Point M-995 9 mm rifle on Oct. 11, 2016, in Manchester, after previously being convicted of a felony in Rockingham County Superior Court in July 2015 for acts prohibited.
