Amherst Man Indicted On 10 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court Roundup
NY man indicted on Bedford theft charge; Goffstown strangulation indictment; Manchester drug indictments; Weare man faces threat charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Robert Hanright, 54, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to register with Manchester police on July 31, 2022. Hanright is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault-victim 13 or older but younger than 16 conviction in 2007.
William M. Hodges III, 27, of Linden Boulevard in Jamaica, New York, on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. He was accused using a credit card, owned by another person, to charge more than $1,000 in Hannaford Supermarket in Bedford on Jan. 19.

Terrence Jackson, 30, of Hevey Street in Manchester on a felony possession of cocaine with intent to sell charge on March 10 in Manchester.
Benjamin James, 48, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Feb. 15 in Manchester.

Jacob James, 34, of College Road in Goffstown on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 25, 2022, in Goffstown.
George Johnson, 30, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and then, swallowing a baggie to impair an investigation on March 6 in Manchester.
Nicole Jones, 38, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, on March 13 in Manchester.
Christopher J. Kean, 32, of Montgomery Street in Manchester on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of striking another inmate in the face on Feb. 8 in Manchester.
Eric J. Kelly, 39, of Amherst Street in Manchester on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing ties from AutoFair Honda on Keller Street in Manchester and Mercedes-Benz on Gold Street in Manchester on Jan. 22.
Marcus D. Kruger, 24, of Lyndeborough Road in Amherst on 10 felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing 10 photos on Sept. 29, 2022, in Amherst.
Brian R. King, 33, with a last known address of Etta Lane in Weare, on felony domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of holding a fire extinguisher above an intimate partner's head and threatening to strike her with it as well as pushing her in Weare on May 20, 2022.
