Chichester Woman Indicted On Numerous Drug Dealing Charges: Court

Belmont woman indicted on theft charges; Manchester felon indicted on firearm charge; and Tilton man indicted on forgery, deception charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Patrick Flood, 30, of Concord, on a possession methamphetamine charge on Sept. 22, 2019, on Hall Street in Bow. According to the indictment, Flood was previously convicted of accomplice to sale of a controlled drug in Belknap County Superior Court in November 2016 and was out on bail on a drug dealing charge in Merrimack County Superior Court at the time of the incident on August 2019.

Morgan Fontaine-Wilmot, pictured upper right, 25, of Union Road in Belmont, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She's accused of stealing items from Lowe's in Concord on Aug. 16, 2019. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges twice before and was out on bail at the time of the incident from Merrimack County Superior Court.

Steven A. Freeman, 32, of Burns Hill Road in Alexandria, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Sept. 23, 2019, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2019.

April M. French, 39, homeless in Franklin, on possession of buprenorphine and buprenorphine-oxycodone, both felonies, on June 17, 2019, in Franklin.

Matthew S. Gagnon, 39, of Russell Street in Rochester, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth on Sept. 20, 2019, in Pittsfield.

Michael A. Giberson, 44, of Hemlock Lane in Danbury, on possession of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on Oct. 12, 2019, in Danbury. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on sale of a narcotic drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2015.

Nathaniel Gilleland, 35, of Shady Lane in Tilton, on five forgery, five theft by deception, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents between May and August 2018 involving forged checks drawn on another person's accounts and used at Greenlands Outdoor Power Equipment in Concord, Mowtown Power in Hooksett, Chainsaw Doctor LLC in Loudon, Aerus Electrolux in Concord, and Freedom Circle in Concord. The theft charge was Sept. 1, 2018, involving between $1,000 and $1,500 worth of merchandise at Target in Concord.

Jeffrey Gonzalez, 22, homeless in Concord, on a felony first-degree assault charge. He's accused of lunging at another man with a pair of scissors and cutting him under the chin on Oct. 23, 2019, in Concord.

Erica L. Hardwick, 35, of Village Street in Penacook, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She's accused of driving as a habitual offender on North Main Street in Boscawen on Sept. 10, 2019.

Walter I. Healey, lower left, 65, homeless in Concord, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking. He's accused of stealing merchandise from Market Basket in Concord on Sept. 22, and Sept. 25, 2019, after previously being convicted on theft charges twice before.

Daniel Higgins, 29, of Brook Circle in Loudon, on a felony possession of clonazepam charge on May 8, 2019, in Loudon.

Christopher A. Horsey, born 23, of Jewett City in Laconia, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Oct. 6, 2019, in Hooksett.

Heather Hurley, 34, of Jennings Drive in Concord, on a felony possession of diazepam charge on Oct. 6, 2019, on I-393 in Concord.

Terrance R. Jackson, upper middle, 26, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, a felony, a firearm, on Oct. 20, 2019, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in September 2015.

Harvard W. Jacobs, 36, of Hill Road in Franklin, on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. He's accused of using another man's credit card at Best Buy in Concord to purchase an iPhone on May 20, 2019.
