Manchester Man Indicted On Murder, Evidence Charges: Court Roundup

Felon accused of possessing hatchet, stolen credit cards in Bedford; woman indicted on burglary charge; Salem man indicted on drug charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Tyrese Harris, 22, of Manchester on two counts of second-degree murder, falsifying physical evidence, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting and killing Dzemal Cardakovic on South Willow Street in Manchester, hiding a handgun to impair an investigation, and driving in a Honda CR-V recklessly in Manchester on Oct. 29, 2022. Jason Havener, 46, of Hanover Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property and convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a hatchet and possessing four credit cards and a driver’s license that were stolen in Bedford on Sept. 15, 2022. Havener was convicted on a felony in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Shawn Hersey, 41, of Valley Street in Manchester on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to report a new residence to Manchester police on Jan. 26, 2021.

Shema Oliver Ishimwe, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester on three controlled act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and heroin-fentanyl mix, charges and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and removing two foils from his pocket and throwing them on the ground on Sept. 24, 2022, in Manchester.

Jacob James, 34, of Salem on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Sept. 14, 2022, in Manchester.

Kelly Johns, 31, of Shasta Street in Manchester on forgery, theft by deception, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of stealing a personal check from another person and then cashing the check for $2,500 in Manchester, on Aug. 1, 2022.

Ashley Jones, 36, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of entering a Manchester building without permission on Dec. 10, 2022.

Darren Killeen, 50, of Beech Street in Westborough, Massachusetts, on a felony bail jumping charge on Jan. 31, 2022.

Derek King, 25, of Laurel Street in Manchester on three felony first-degree assault charges. He was accused of threatening to strike and striking others in the head with a baton on Nov. 1, 2022, in Manchester.
