Henniker Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charge After Crash: Court

Northfield felon faces four weapon charges; Concord man indicted on attempted theft, drug charges; drug and habitual offender indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Eric Kelly, 38, of Westside Avenue in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on Jan. 17 after being declared a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Shelly R. Knight, 52, of Jefferson Road in Whitefield on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 10 in Hooksett.

James Leonard, 36, of Tanglewood Drive in Henniker on a negligent homicide-driving under the influence charge. He was accused of causing the death of Robert Frink by driving drunk and under the influence of drugs or a combination of the two on June 8, 2020, in Sutton.

Joshua Lyonnais, 40, of Gilford Avenue in Laconia on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing a registration plate from another person on March 3, 2021, in Hooksett. Twice before, according to the indictment, Lyonnais has been convicted on theft charges.

Brandon S. Mancini, 31, of North Main Street in Concord on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to steal merchandise from Market Basket in Concord on Jan. 21. Twice before, according to the indictment, Mancini has been convicted on theft charges.

Dominick Mekkelsen, 19, of Cedar Court in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-LSD charge on Nov. 19, 2021, in Franklin.

Joseph W. Merserve, 27, of Matthew Street in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl-meth mix, charges on March 15 in Concord.

Jessica Michaud, 39, of Maple Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, crack cocaine and buprenorphine, charges on Sept. 15, 2021, in Hooksett.

Ronald Mills, 48, of Sargent Street in Northfield on four felony counts of felon in possession of a deadly weapon. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles, two sheathed knives, a cleaver, and a folding knife on Feb. 18 in Franklin. Mills is a felon due to theft charges in Grafton County from February 2015.

Cordaire Nelson, 35, a homeless man now located in Concord, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth, buprenorphine, and oxycodone, charges on March 17 in Concord.

Myk T. Neuner, 34, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Dec. 23, 2021, in Concord.
