While conducting the operation, officers noticed a previous individual they’d arrested on charges earlier this year, Harrison, who was walking on Lincoln Street and later, got into the passenger side of a vehicle. Officers followed the vehicle to a parking lot on Hanover Street and allegedly caught McMillan and Harrison engaged in a sexual act next to a senior housing building.
