Bedford Woman Indicted for Forged Check
Plus, New Ipswich man indicted for felonious sexual assault, drug dealer and habitual offenders also indicted.

The following people were indicted recently by Hillsborough County Superior Court:
Oscar Ramirez, 20, of last known address, Palm Street in Nashua, for second-degree assault, two counts of criminal threatening, and domestic violence, all felonies. He allegedly choked a woman and threatened a woman with a BB gun on July 16, 2015, in Nashua,

Terrence Reardon, 53, of Tote Drive in New Ipswich, currently incarcerated, for aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault, for allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl in New Ipswich between August 2012 and June 2015.
Tanner Ricciardi, 23, currently incarcerated, for felony possession with intent to sell (heroin), second offense, as well as possession of a controlled drug (marijuana), disobeying a police officer, and operating after suspension. He was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in April 2014. On May 30, 2015, he was stopped by police on Route 101 in Wilton. Ricciardi allegedly gave his brother’s name to police and was in possession of drugs at the time.

Jose Rosario, 18, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for two felony counts sale of a narcotic drug (heroin), on March 23, and April 6, 2015, in Nashua.
Jeffrey Shepard, 34, last known address, Martin Street in Nashua, for felony burglary on June 15, 2015, on Bridge Street in Nashua.
Allen Smith, 24, of Scituate Place in Merrimack, for possession of a narcotic drug (fentanyl) and attempted possession of a narcotic drug (heroin), both felonies, on May 2, 2015, in Merrimack.
Steven M. Snyder, 55, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender, after being arrested on July 28, 2015, in Nashua, for allegedly driving on Hollis Street.
Tamra Snyder, 38, of Mack Street in Bedford, for felony theft by deception. On Nov. 6, 2012, on Kinsley Street in Nashua, she allegedly deposited a forged check for $1,500 at St. Joseph Hospital Credit Union.
Matthew Sullivan, 39, of Newton Avenue in Tewksbury, MA, for felony tampering with witnesses, simple assault, and criminal mischief. He allegedly pepper sprayed a man on July 2, 2015, in Milford and “did recklessly damage the stone driveway and grass” of a Lewis Street address. In the witness tampering allegation, the indictment alleged that Sullivan retaliated against the man due to him remaining in a house as a “capacity as a witness pursuant to the criminal bail conditions in the case against Lisa Mazzuchelli.”
Lan Tran, 50, of Cox Street in Nashua, for four counts of felony receiving stolen property, due to items stolen from stores and acting reportedly in concert with Hai Ho at a Nashua pawn shop between September and October 2014.
Jeremy Trask, 27, of Foster Road in Milford, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) on April 29, 2015, in Milford.
Stanley Urbanowicz, 29, of Walnut Street in Nashua, for duty to report, a felony. Between April 17, and July 8, 2015, in Nashua, Urbanowicz, a sex offender, allegedly failed to notify police that he moved.
