Concord Man Indicted On Manchester Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Danni Demambro, 27, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of using force by striking another person and swiping their backpack on April 16 in Manchester.

Donald Desmarais III, 36, of Eastern Avenue in Concord on felonious sexual assault, indecent exposure and lewdness, and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a child repeatedly, exposing himself, and placing the child on his lap and grinding with them between Feb. 23, 2017, and Feb. 23, 2018, in Manchester.

Roberta Dezainde, 50, of Heartwood Lane in Concord on a felony forgery charges. She was accused of writing a check on another person’s account on Nov. 30, 2021, in Manchester.

Justin Dutton, 40, of Four Seasons Lane in Merrimack on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of placing others in danger while attempting to evade New Hampshire State Police on Interstate 293 and driving more than 120 miles per hour on July 15 in Manchester. Edward I. Esty, 26, of Butler Street in Hillsboro on a felony tampering with witnesses and informants charge. He was accused of threatening to sexually assault a witness’ wife and messing with his freedom, while pacing back and forth, with clenched fists, on June 12.

Jared Fournier, 43, of Kayla Lane in Deering on sale of amphetamine and possession of amphetamine with intent to distribute charges on May 3 in Deering.

Crystal Graham, 40, of Prospect Street in Manchester on two sale of crack cocaine charges and a single sale of fentanyl charge, all felonies, on June 8 and June 13 in Manchester.

Lucien Poulette, 66, of Auburn on two felonious sexual assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping and fondling a juvenile in the YDC detention facility between April 2 and Nov. 5, 1999, in Manchester. Read more about this case here: NH, Mass. Jeffrey Reyes, 21, of Spruce Street in Manchester on first-degree assault, robbery, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing a Ruger LC280 handgun while armed, shooting at another person as they fled the area in a vehicle, and stealing a duffel bag of firearms on Market Street in Manchester. on Feb. 1.

Angel Rivera Calderon, 23, of Maple Street in Manchester on falsifying physical evidence and 12 reckless conduct charges. He was accused of shooting a gun on Cedar Street in Manchester and throwing the gun out the window of a vehicle to impair an investigation on March 27.
