Concord Man Indicted On Baseball Threat Charge: Court Roundup
Man indicted on stolen vehicle charge; Franklin woman faces elderly exploitation charge; Concord man indicted on insurance fraud charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Crystal Graham, 39, of Contant Street in Manchester on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and cocaine charges on Dec. 2, 2020, in Hooksett.
Kelly Ann Nicholson, 56, of Great Bay Woods in Newmarket on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on May 22 in Newbury.

John Shampney, 29, of North Road in Warner on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on May 17 in Newbury.
Shawn M. Sullivan, 37, of Stickney Avenue in Concord on attempted escape and resisting arrest or detention charges, both felonies. On May 30, while being arrested in Concord, he was accused of injuring an officer, who later needed to be treated for a torn tricep. Sullivan was also accused of attempting to escape from the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen by locking a corrections officer in a cell and attempting to leave a processing area on June 26.

Nicholas Peno, 28, of Manchester Street in Concord on a felony criminal threatening charge. On May 6 in Concord, he was accused of displaying a baseball bat in close proximity to a woman and saying, “Is this what you want?,” or words to that effect.
Luis Gonzales, 26, of Liberty Street in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of receiving or retaining a vehicle from Freedom Cycle on July 4 in Concord he knew or believed had been stolen.
Amanda Fortin, 38, a homeless woman now located in Franklin, on a felony possession of fentanyl chargeon Aug. 31 in Concord.
Amber Daneault, 51, of Bell Avenue in Hooksett on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on May 1 in Hooksett.
Duncan Averill, 58, of Washington Street in Concord on a possession of fentanyl and tramadol mix charge on March 24 in the area of Jackson Street in Boscawen.
Tristan Herward, 25, of Modena Drive in Concord on a felony insurance fraud charge. He was accused of attempting to defraud GEICO by submitting false information on Nov. 30, 2020, about a vehicle damaged six days after he purchased a policy even though the accident happened two days before he purchased the policy.
Jason Jones, 49, of Lower Bay Road in Sanbornton on domestic violence and domestic violcence-simple assault charges. He was accused of grabbing and shaking, and pushing and holding down the body of a boy on Sept. 25, 2020, in Franklin.
Juliette Hibbert, 46, of New Hampton Road in Franklin on a felony financial exploitation of elderly, disabled, or impaired adult. Between August 2018 and April 2019 in Franklin, she was accused of recklessly for her own profit, spending more than $30,000 of another person’s money.
