Concord Teen Indicted On School Threat Charge: Court Roundup

Teen indicted on burglary, stolen pickup charge; Berlin man indicted on armed robbery charge; Franklin man indicted on stolen gun charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Robert Eastman, 50, of Main Street in Hooksett on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He's accused of driving on Hooksett Road on Nov. 15, 2019, in Hooksett.

Alexandra D. Eckersley, 23, homeless in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Nov. 23, 2019, in Concord.

Edward I. Esty Jr., 24, of Helburn Road in Danbury on a felony possession of meth charge on Sept. 10, 2019, in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Belknap County Superior Court in June 2019.

Sebastian I. French, 20, of Timberland Drive in Franklin on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He's accused of receiving a Sig Sauer P239 9 mm handgun that he knew or believed was stolen between Oct. 25, and Nov. 29, 2019, in Franklin.

Brandon Foster, pictured upper left, 19, of Old Loudon Road in Concord on felony accomplice to criminal threatening charge. He's accused of working "in concert with Kyle Slogic" to cause the evacuation of Concord High School by posting on Facebook "Shootin up CHS needin whip" on Oct. 27, 2019, in Concord.

Raleigh J. Giunta, upper center, 27, homeless in Concord on possession of cocaine-fentanyl and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on July 23, 2019, in Hooksett.

Kahara Hall, 27, with a last known address of Longleaf Place in Derry on a possession of crack cocaine charge on July 13, 2019, in the area of Dartmouth Street in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a possession of a controlled drug charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in June 2019.

Duane Hardy, upper right, 42, of North Spring Street in Concord on felony crime while released on bail possession of meth-subsequent charge on Dec. 22, 2019, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Clay Humphrey Jr., far right, 34, of Maple Street in Manchester on theft by deception and fraudulent use of a credit card charges, both felonies. He's accused of using a credit card issued to RJG Universal Builders in Concord and purchasing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Home Depot on Oct. 20, 2019, in Concord.

Zachary Labrecque, lower right, 31, of Burgess Road in Berlin on armed robbery and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. She's accused of flashing a knife at a loss prevention officer at Kohl's in Hooksett on Nov. 19, 2019.

Samantha Lam, lower left, 29, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 7 in Concord.

Kyle Lavallee, lower center, 18, of Lyndon Street in Concord on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He's accused of burglarizing the former Concord Parks and Recreation building at White Park on Feb. 26, 2019, stealing a city of Concord Ford F-250 pickup truck from the garage.
