Manchester Felon Indicted On Gun Possession Charge: Court
Nashua woman and convicted drug dealer indicted on escape charge, Merrimack men indicted on drug charges, Windham man indicted for theft.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Sheri Adams, 25, of Als Avenue in Allenstown, for criminal mischief and criminal trespass, both felonies. On Aug. 29, 2017, on Somerville Street in Manchester, she allegedly damaged five windows. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted in Manchester District Court of criminal trespass.
Christopher Adler, 32, right middle, of Riddle Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 29, 2017, in Manchester.

Jesus Alicea, 25, of Orange Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to dispense, falsifying physical evidence, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, cocaine allegedly on Oct. 19, 2017, in Manchester.

Roger Altman, 45, middle left, of Pleasant Street in Manchester, for felony duty to inform. A registered sex offender, he allegedly failed to notify Manchester Police of his current mailing address or place of residence on May 9, 2017.
Jose Anaya, 46, lower middle, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester, for felony reckless conduct for allegedly stopping his Chevy Tahoe suddenly on Candia Road in Manchester, placing the vehicle in reverse, and crashing into another vehicle on Nov. 1, 2017.
James Aubuchont, 46, upper left, of Prospect Street in Manchester, for felony felon in possession of a deadly weapon – a 9 mm Glock pistol – allegedly on Aug. 11, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the incident, he was convicted of first-degree assault in June 1994 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Justin Avery, 29, of Concord Street in Manchester, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl, MDMA allegedly on July 11, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug act; acts prohibited in February 2017, in Rockingham County Superior Court.
James Ballam, 39, lower right, of Central Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to dispense allegedly on Nov. 13, 2017, in Manchester.
Erika Barlow, 26, lower left, of Pacific Boulevard in Nashua, for felony escape. On Nov. 21, 2017, she allegedly escaped official custody while participating in the SATCO Program of the Hillsborough County House of Corrections after being convicted of sale of a controlled drug in June 2017.
Brian Belanger, 46, of Governor Dinsmore Road in Windham, for theft by unauthorized taking. On March 2, 2017, he allegedly obtained unauthorized control over a cellphone owned by Sprint in Manchester. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft charges.
Thomas Bemis, 29, upper middle, of Lorraine Road in Merrimack, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 18, 2017, in Manchester.
Demetrius Bennett, 43, upper right, of Brook Side Drive in Merrimack, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine-second offense allegedly on Aug. 31, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in March 2012, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
