Maine, Mass. Residents Indicted on Drug Charges: Roundup
Plus, Derry, Laconia women indicted on forgery charges, Londonderry woman indicted on drug charges, and alleged Newton burglary indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Christopher Allen, 33, of Albert Street in Jackman, ME, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, crack cocaine, both felonies, as well as operating without a valid license. On Sept. 29, 2016, in Portsmouth, he was allegedly driving on the Route 1 Bypass with an expired Connecticut license.

Clarence Allen, 22, of Fairmont Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to distribute, allegedly on Oct. 5, 2016, in Hampton.
Joseph E. Anderson, 32, of Mascuppie Terrace in Tyngsboro, MA, on seven felony counts of receiving stolen property, allegedly on May 10, 2016, in Derry, involving a laptop, camera, jewelry, gift cards, and other items left in a Subaru. He was previously convicted of theft twice before.

Justin Avery, 29, of Elton Avenue in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and breach of bail, allegedly on Sept. 14, 2016, in Londonderry, after being arrested – and released – previously in August 2016 for possession.
Michelle Baker, 22, of Fairway Drive in Derry, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, allegedly stealing lottery tickets, cigarettes, and other merchandise, from Speedway in Salem on July 9, 2016.
Samantha Benham, 28, of Rockingham Road in Derry, for two felony counts of forgery, and two counts of receiving stolen property, allegedly in April 2015 in Salem reportedly involving checks.
Tracey Blashock, 31, of Boulder Drive in Londonderry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, allegedly acting in concert with Stacy Aresco, on April 28, 2016, in Londonderry.
Justin D. Boivin, 20, of Heath Street in Newton, for two counts of burglary and attempted burglary, all felonies, allegedly on June 27, 2016, in Hampstead at the Hampstead Variety store on East Main Street, in concert with Charles Ryan and Eric Earle.
Scott L. Boody, 51, of Deer Road in Dayton, ME, for felony attempted fraudulent use of a credit card. On July 10, 2015, he allegedly attempted to purchase more than $1,500 worth of products from Walmart in Seabrook.
