Manchester Felon Indicted On Robbery, Burglary, Theft Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Goffstown man indicted on child sex assault charges; man indicted on drug charges in Bedford after Manchester shooting; assault indictment.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Christopher Peters, 49, of Mosett Avenue in Goffstown on aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault charges, both felonies. In Goffstown, he was accused of fondling a girl and having the girl fondle him between May 14 and June 14, 2022.

Felix Juan Pizarro-Ayala, 50, of Pine Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of brandishing a knife against another person on Oct. 24, 2022, in Manchester.

Dyllon Potvin, 23, of Bridge Street in Manchester on unauthorized use of propelled vehicle or rented property, reckless conduct, two falsifying physical evidence, and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, clonazepam, and crack cocaine, charges, all felonies. He was accused of having custody of a 2022 Ford Econoline E450 vehicle owned by U-Haul on July 27, 2022, in Manchester he refused to return. Potvin was also accused of shooting a 9 mm pistol into an occupied dwelling, hiding a shell casing, and removing the pistol and placing it under a rock behind a trash barrel behind his apartment building in Manchester on July 27, 2022. Michael Pushee, 40, of Laval Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 24, 2022.

John Rundlett, 60, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony operating after certification of a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Mast Road in Goffstown on Nov. 5, 2022, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Jonathan Santiago-Martinez, 31, of Cedar Street in Manchester on robbery, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of robbing the Queen City Market on Elm Street in Manchester armed with a knife on Dec. 11, 2022. On Sept. 3, 2022, he was accused of burglarizing Breeze Tees on Hanover Street in Manchester and a 7-Eleven in Manchester on Dec. 1, 2022. Santiago-Martinez is a felon due to a previous conviction.

Koda Seace, 29, of Market Street in Manchester on felony second-degree and simple assault charge. He was accused of pushing a child into a chair, causing an injury, on Sept. 18, 2022.

Martin Slazas, 55, of High Street in Manchester on second-degree assault and attempted second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of striking an intimate partner in the back of the head with a blunt wooden object causing her to fall onto the floor and lose consciousness on March 30, 2021, in Manchester.
