Manchester Woman Indicted On Stolen Gun, Drug Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Concord man indicted on drug, felon with a weapon, stolen car charges; Henniker man indicted on gun charge; habitual offenders indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Jeffrey J. Riel Jr., 35, of Main Street in Pittsfield on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and MDMA, charges, in Pittsfield on Aug. 2.
Hector L. Rodriguez, 28, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of meth, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine mix, convicted felons-a loaded flare gun, a delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charge, and two operating while deemed a habitual offender charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on July 5 on the Suncook Valley Highway in Pittsfield and Interstate 93 in Hooksett on July 20. The drug, stolen property (a VW Jetta), and weapon charges were from Hooksett on July 20. The delivery charge was from Boscawen at the Merrimack County House of Corrections on July 21.

Corey Rogers, 37, of North Pembroke Road in Pembroke on a possession of meth charge in Boscawen on Oct. 15, 2021.
Julia Rogowicz, 39, of Victoria Street in Manchester on receiving stolen property and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and a stolen firearm on April 15 in Hooksett.

John J. Rundlett, 59, of Maple Street in Manchester on motor vehicles; penalties and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hooksett on May 30. Rundlett was also accused of driving in Hooksett on June 18 and stealing items from Shell-Nouria gas station in Hooksett. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Jevon A. Salfarlie, 23, of Carroll Street in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony forgery charge, involving an uttered check to defraud TD Bank in Hooksett on Sept. 1.
Brandon Sargent, 44, of Munroe Street in Franklin on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Park Street in Northfield on Aug. 26 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Previously, according to the indictment, Sargent was previously convicted of habitual offender in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2009.
Christian Saunders, 34, of Hall Avenue in Henniker of felonious use of a firearm charge, a felony. He was accused of possessing drugs and the firearm on Jan. 4 in Henniker.
