Accused Drug Dealers Indicted In Hillsborough County: Roundup

Man indicted for slashing another man's ear; man indicted on forgery criminality charge in Milford; accused insurance fraudster indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Shaun A. Doucette, 43, pictured upper far left, of C Street in Nashua, on three counts of sale of a controlled drug-cocaine, crack cocaine, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-acetaminophen/hydrocodone bitatrate, and two duty to report charges, all felonies. Between July 2018, and June 2019, he had both Facebook and Gmail accounts without letting police know. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of duty to inform in March 2009, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South. The drug charges stem from incidents in March, April, and June, in Nashua.

Melissa Dougherty, 49, of David Drive in Hudson, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge on March 11, in Hudson, involving a workers compensation check valued at $1,004.84.

Joshua Fournier De Jesus, 31, upper middle left, incarcerated, on first-degree-assault and two second-degree assault charges. On May 10, he's accused of slicing another man's ear with a knife, that required surgery. At the time, he was out of bail on another charge.

Kenneth Gallant, 41, upper middle right, of Arch Avenue in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on two theft by deception and three forgery charges. On June 15, 2018. he's accused of stealing $2,263.89, $2,276.13, and $2,863.45, from TD Bank in Nashua by using false checks and forgeries.

William Gilbert, 28, of Greenville, on a felony criminal liability charge. On June 5, he is accused of aiding Hannah Christin in planning-committing forgery, a $50 counterfeit bill, to purchase gasoline at a Milford business.

Breauna Groves, 21, upper far right, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a possession of a controlled drug-hydrocodone and three sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, charges, all felonies, on March 26, March 28, and April 1, in Hudson.

Gary Guertin, 29, lower far left, of Willow Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on June 26, in Nashua.

Jeremiah Robinson, 27, of High Street in Goffstown, on a felony insurance fraud charge. On March 17, 2018, in Nashua, he's accused of telling Progressive Insurance that damages occurred after he had obtained an insurance policy.

Rafael Rodriguez, 26, lower middle left, of Mason Street in Nashua, on possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and receiving stolen property-an iPod charges on Feb. 4, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2012, and May 2016.

Eric Roman, 28, lower middle right, of Strawberry Bank Road in Nashua, on two felony duty to inform charges. He's accused of failing to register with Nashua police twice between December 2018, and March 2019,

Amelia Roy, 30, of Lawrence Road in Hudson, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on Nov. 29, 2018, in Nashua.

Joseph Roy, 35, of Porter Avenue in Hudson, on three felony sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, charges on Nov. 9, Nov. 29, 2018, and Jan. 8, in Nashua.

John Rundlett, 56, lower far right, of Maple Street in Nashua, on burglary and three theft by unauthorized taking charges. The charges stem from incidents in July 2018, in Merrimack, involving a building burglary and pickup truck, beer in October 2018, in Nashua, and Target in Nashua between Dec. 22, and Dec. 26, 2018.
