Gun Road Rage Incident Leads To Felony Charge: State Police

CONCORD, NH — A Massachusetts man was arrested on another drunken driving arrest after a stop on the side of the Interstate to urinate led to charges Saturday. At just before 8:30 p.m., troopers on Interstate 93 South in Canterbury encountered a man attempting to relieve himself on the side of the road. The man saw the troopers and attempted to drive away but, instead, stopped and spoke to the troopers, according to a report.

"(An) investigation revealed that the subject was driving while intoxicated and was placed under arrest," said Sgt. Vincent Grieco of Troop D. "It was also discovered the subject was in possession of an open container."

During processing, the man "provided a false name to troopers and refused to identify himself," but troopers were later able to find out that his name was Vincent McDermottroe, 49, of Woburn, Massachusetts.

McDermottroe was charged with DUI-subsequent, operating after suspension-subsequent, and disobeying a police officer charges as well as an open container violation.

Dorchester Man Picked Up On Road Rage Charge

A Dorchester man accused of flashing a firearm during a road rage incident was arrested Friday in Concord.

State troopers received a report around 2:15 p.m. about a driving in a black Volvo "operating aggressively" while not letting another vehicle pass. When the driver eventually passed, the driver of the Volvo "brandished a firearm," according to Sgt. Daniel Baldassarre of Troop D. The victim followed the vehicle until troopers intercepted it on I-93 in Concord.

Baldassarre said after an investigation, which led to "a firearm found on the operator," Jeffrey Hallock Saucier, 29, was arrested on a felony reckless conduct charge. Saucier was released on bail and is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on Feb. 13 for arraignment.

Maine Man Arrested Again For DWI

A man from Lebanon, Maine, was arrested Thursday after a crash on the General Sullivan Bridge on the Spaulding Turnpike in Newington.

State police were sent to the bridge for a report of a Ford F-150 pickup truck striking a guardrail on the right side of the road, careening across the highway, and then, hitting a guardrail on the left side of the highway.

The driver, Daniel St. Clair, 34, was taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital with injuries. He was arrested later on DWI-subsequent and operating after suspension charges and is due in Portsmouth District Court on March 30.

The northbound lanes of the Spaulding Turnpike were closed for around 45 minutes. Assisting state police were Newington police and firefighters.

Daniel Mugavero, 26, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested on Jan. 23 on a DUI charge on Interstate 95 South in North Hampton.

A 14-year-old from New Britain, Connecticut, was arrested on Jan. 21 on reckless operation and operating without a valid license charges on I-95 South in Hampton.

Michael Cox, 41, of Dover, was arrested on Jan. 20 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges and an entering traffic fails to yield violation on Central Avenue in Dover.

Jaythien Guillermo, 18, of Rochester, was arrested on an operating without a valid license charge. Also arrested was Kaily DeSantis, 19, of Rochester, on an improper person operating a vehicle charge. They were arrested on South Main Street at Common Street in Rochester.

Stephen Ramsay, 51, of Epping, was arrested on Jan. 19 on two DUI charges and a failure to yield at stop or yield sign violation on I-95 South at the Exit 7 onramp in Portsmouth.

Anthony Pena, 21, of Salem, MA, was arrested on deal/possession prescription drugs and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges on I-95 South in Greenland on Jan. 19.

Francesca Silvefrstein, 34, of Portsmouth, was arrested on Jan. 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge on I-95 in Greenland.

Volha Zdasiuk, 38, of Quincy, MA, was arrested on a reckless operation charge on Jan. 18 on I-95 South in Greenland.

Leah Wright, 42, of Milton, was arrested on Jan. 17 on a DUI charge at Route 125 North in Rochester.

Desiree Gulyban, 25, of Hampton, was arrested on Jan. 20 on second-degree assault-deadly weapon and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges on Route 101 West near Exit 6 in Epping.

Douglas Flematti, 45, of Newton, was arrested on Jan. 20 on DUI and reckless operation charges on I-93 South in Salem.

Joan Kennedy, 59, of Portland, ME, was arrested on Jan. 22 on a DUI charge and an open container violation on I-93 South in Concord.

Ashley Severance, 25, of West Lebanon, was arrested on Jan. 22 on a bench warrant on Hazen Drive in Concord.

Morgan Soucy, 21, of Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 22 on DUI, DUI-adult greater than 0.08, driving after revocation or suspension, and suspension of vehicle registration on I-93 South in Bow.

Sean O'Shea, 47, of Thornton, was arrested on Jan. 20 on a bench warrant on I-93 North in Hooksett.

Madison Pokrzywka, 21, of Springfield, Vermont, was arrested on Jan. 20 on a bench warrant as well as driving after revocation or suspension and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges. Also arrested was David Aspen, 31, of Springfield, VT, on a possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc.-subsequent charge. They were arrested on I-89 South in Lebanon near Exit 19.

A 17-year-old from Pepperell, MA, was arrested on Jan. 19 on DUI, two counts of unlawful possess/intoxication, transport alcohol by minor, and speeding-16 to 20 mph over 70 limit charges as well as an open container violation on I-93 South in Sanbornton.

James Apicella, 38, of Kingston, was arrested on DUI and reckless operation charges as well as an open container violation on I-93 South in Hooksett.

Leslie Wright, 51, of Hudson, was arrested on Jan. 19 on a suspension of vehicle registration charge on I-93 North in Hooksett.

Eric Nickerson, 30, of Bedford, was arrested on Jan. 18 on DUI and speeding-21+ mph over a 65 limit charges on I-93 South near the rest area in Hooksett.

Keith Leclerc, 48 of Webster, was arrested on Jan. 19 on a conduct after an accident charge on Dustin Road in Warner.
