Manchester Man Indicted On Murder Charges: Superior Court Indictments
Plus: Man indicted on rape charges against a teenage girl; Nashua man indicted on Amherst car theft charge; Bedford drug indictments.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Sean Gerber, 39, of Kennedy Drive in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing cash and items from vehicles in Amherst on Sept. 17, 2021.
Melanie Gurley, 51, of Log Street in Manchester on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, criminal threatening, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She was accused of threatening another person with a knife on Sept. 23, 2022, in Manchester. Gurley is a felon due to a prior conviction and was accused of burying the knife in a mulch bed behind a utility box in an effort to impede an investigation.

Stephen Ham, 56, of Manchester Street in Manchester on two robbery charges. He was accused of robbing Bunny’s Convenience on Elm Street and pointing a pistol at a woman to get her purse on Oct. 17, 2022, in Manchester.
Kathryn Hanscom, 28, of Princeton Drive in Hooksett on a forgery charge. She was accused of signing another person’s name on a divorce decree on April 1, 2021, in Manchester.

Jason Havener, 45, of Hanover Street in Manchester on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl, charges, both felonies, on May 14, 2022, in Bedford.
Jeffrey A. Henley, 28, of Manchester Street in Keene on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman and driving a vehicle recklessly on Aug. 11, 2022, in Manchester.
Ibrahim Juma, 33, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a teenage girl on Aug. 9, 2022, in Manchester.
Timothy Johnson, 40, of Manchester on two second-degree murder, two falsifying physical evidence, and a felon in possession of a firearm, all felony counts. He was accused of shooting and killing Jean Lascelle and disposing of the murder weapon on Feb. 13, 2021. Johnson was a felon due to a larceny conviction in Michigan. Michael Kenney, 43, of West Clarke Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person on Sept. 28, 2022, in Manchester and saying, “peek-a-boo, mother------,” or words to that effect. Darren Killeen, 50, of Beech Street in Westborough, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, two possession of meth charges, possession of crack cocaine, and bail jumping on Sept. 20, 2021, in Manchester.
