Manchester And Windham Men Indicted On Rape Charges In Hillsborough County
Plus, a Bedford man was indicted on deception charges and a Hudson sex offender faces a duty to report charge in Goffstown.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North recently.
Julian Azibert, 38, pictured far right, of Lowell Road in Windham, on 10 counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and a single count of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, all felonies. Between 2005 and 20116, he allegedly repeatedly raped a girl in Manchester in the bathroom at the Mall of New Hampshire and the YMCA in Manchester.
Nicholas Bariteau, 29, pictured right, of Hemlock Street in Hudson, for felony duty to inform, allegedly on Jan. 18, 2017, in Goffstown. He was convicted of felonious sexual assault in September 2007, according to the state of New Hampshire.

William Beatty, 41, of Manchester Street in Manchester, for felony robbery. On June 3, 2017, he allegedly punched another person during the course of a robbery. Jonathan Beers, 33, of Fairhaven Road in Niantic, CT, on two felony counts of forgery. On Jan. 5, 2016, he allegedly uttered a check against another person’s account at the Bank of America in Manchester. On Jan. 6, Beers allegedly cashed a second check at the same bank.
Darrin Boulay, 24, a homeless man now located in Manchester, for criminal threatening and simple assault for allegedly spitting at a woman and threatening to punch here.
Robert Broder, 48, pictured middle left, of North Amherst Road in Bedford, on two felony counts of theft by deception – due to two prior convictions. He allegedly returned stolen merchandise from the Lowe’s in Bedford and exchanged it for cash on Oct. 17, and Nov. 4, 2016.
Garrett Brouillette, 22, of Birch Drive in Rindge, for felony second-degree assault as well as three counts of simple assault. On April 7, 2017, in Peterborough, he allegedly caused a nasal fracture by striking another person in the face, the eye, and the arm.
Javon Brown, 24, of Central Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, three counts of possession of controlled drug-crack cocaine, Oxycodone, Lorazepam, and possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine with intent to dispense. The charges stem from an alleged incident on June 7, 2017, in Manchester.
Steve Bussiere, 25, pictured far left, of Dubuque Street in Manchester, on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. On April 13, 2017, he allegedly raped a woman in Goffstown.
Tammy Cabana, 43, of Kelley Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, Buprenorphine on April 2, 2017, in Manchester.
