Mom Who Allegedly Stabbed Toddler, Reported Goffstown Fentanyl Dealer Indicted: Roundup

Plus, convicted stalker, alleged Nashua crack dealer, reported teen drunk driver who crashed, alleged homeless vitamin thief, all indicted.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in March.

Bruce E. Allaire, 35, of Ashland Street in Manchester, for forgery and receiving stolen property, both felonies, due to two prior convictions. On Aug. 28, 2016, in Manchester, he allegedly uttered a check for $600 on another person’s account.

Geraldo Arroyo Oquendo, 43, of Pultpit Place in Nashua, on two felony counts sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on May 5, and May 11, 2016, in Manchester.

Amy Audette, 31, pictured lower center, of Black Brook Road in Goffstown, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, with intent to distribute, both felonies, while allegedly working in concert with Logan Janas on Dec. 15, 2016, in Manchester.

Evansgina Audy, 29, pictured upper left, of Candia Road in Manchester, on two felony counts of second-degree assault as well as endangering the welfare of a child. On Feb. 15, 2017, she allegedly stabbed toddler with a knife in the back while in their crib.

Byron Barber, 54, of Maple Street in Manchester, but incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on June 29, and July 13, 2016, in Manchester.

Jason Bean, 33, pictured upper right, of Concord Street in Manchester, on two counts of felony domestic violence-stalking as well as two counts of violation of a protective order allegedly on Jan. 21, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of stalking within the last six years.

Ashley Bradicich, 30, pictured upper center, of Orange Street in Manchester, for felony acts prohibited-heroin and sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Dec. 8, 2016, in Manchester.

Alexandra Bresse, 19, of Pahray Lane in Manchester, for felony aggravated driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and transporting alcohol by a minor allegedly after a crash on South Mammoth Road in Manchester on Dec. 16, 2016.

Maria Camacho, 36, pictured lower left, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, three counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, and theft by unauthorized taking-firearm, all felonies. On Oct. 14, 2016, she allegedly took a handgun from a man’s apartment. The drug dealing charges stem from alleged incidents in July 2016, in Manchester. The possession charge is from Jan. 21, 2017, according to the indictment.

Cole Campbell, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, for theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of theft by deception, felonies due to two previous convictions. On Sept. 13, 14, and 15, 2016, he allegedly stole vitamins from Rite-Aid in Manchester and then returned them for cash.
