Concord, Loudon Residents Arrested on Multiple DWI Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Debbie L. Gilmore, 47, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:52 a.m. on Dec. 10, 2016, for disorderly conduct. She was arrested after an alleged incident at the Crutchfield Apartments on Pitman Street.

Jean-Max Geffrard, 46, of Duke Lane in Concord, was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on Dec. 10, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, false imprisonment, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and criminal mischief.

Anthony M. Shinholster, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Irving gas station on Fisherville Road.

Danielle LeMay, 24, of South Fruit Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Grove Street.

Rebecca K. Tarr, of Eastern Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 2:53 a.m. on Dec. 11, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident in an apartment on Eastern Avenue.

Anthony M. Roesel, of Clough Hill Road in Loudon, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Oak Hill Road near Turtle Pond.

Theresa A. Bouley, of Main Street in Franklin, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Eva A. Holland, of Clinton Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2016, for two counts of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, and transportation of alcohol/open container. She was arrested at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Benjamin A. Delisle, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs and three bench warrants. He was arrested at the Mastyard West on Alice Drive.

Cole M. Campbell, 23, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested in an apartment on East Side Drive.
