NH Men Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Erizachart Mejias-Navarro, 26, of Union Street in Manchester on falsifying physical evidence, felonious use of a firearm, receiving stolen property, possession of alprazolam, possession of buprenorphine, possession of a dangerous weapon-firearm, and possession of cocaine with intent to sell charges, all felonies. He was accused of possession drugs and a gun on April 14 in Manchester. Navarro is a felon due to a previous drug conviction.

Victor Mendez, 30, of Macarthur Drive in Bridgeton, New Jersey, on second-degree assault and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on April 22 in Manchester and then telling her to recant her statements to police on April 25.

Alexandra Miclescu, 39, and Danut Miclescu, 38, of North Luzerne Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland, on a felony robbery charge each. They were accused of being involved in a necklace being ripped off a person on Nov. 26, 2021, in Manchester. Kerry Moreland, 51, of Wilson Street in Manchester on a felony organized retail crime enterprise charge. He was accused of working in concert with Larry Laing to steal more than $18,000 worth of goods from BJ’s Wholesale Club between June 2 and July 15, 2021, in Manchester.

Jose Pantoja Martinez, 31, of Hall Street in Manchester on a felony sale of fentanyl charge on May 7, 2019, in Manchester.

Mariann Perna, 39, of Chestnut Street in Grantham on possession of crack cocaine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of alprazolam, and possession of oxycodone charges, all felonies, on May 14 in Manchester.

Jacob Perry, 30, of East Meadow Way in Manchester on 10 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images on May 4 in Manchester.

Philip Petrin, 38, of River Road in Allenstown on possession of fentanyl and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on April 11 in Manchester.

Juan Pineda, 39, of West Baker Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of fondling a child on Oct. 7, 2019, in Manchester.

Jesus Polanco Diaz, 18, of Hayward Street in Manchester on a felony possession of child sexual abuse images charge. He was accused of manufacturing two videos of himself and a child engaging in sexual activity between Oct. 1 and Nov. 17, 2021, in Manchester.
