Concord Woman Faces Drug, Child Endangerment Charges: Cop Log
Auburn man faces 2nd drunken driving charge; Allenstown man picked up on drug charge, warrants; criminal mischief at a fried chicken joint.

CONCORD, NH — Jennifer C. Belair, born 1990, of Manchester was arrested at 11:58 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2022, on driving after revocation or suspension, conduct after an accident, and disorderly conduct charges as well as a pedestrian in the roadway violation after an incident on Green Street.
Patrick Daniel Gosselin, 30, of Auburn was arrested at 3:04 p.m. on Feb. 19 on a driving while intoxicated-second offense charge after an incident on Loudon Road.
Donna Joyce Sheppard, 22, of Concord was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on Feb. 17 on a felony possession of a controlled charge as well as an endangering the welfare of a child charge after an incident on Washington Street. She is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 10 for an arraignment.

Ryan Donald DeGreenia, 36, of Manchester was arrested at 5:01 p.m. on Feb. 16 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at the Soucook River Wildlife Management Area on Sheep Davis Road.
Jade E. Markham, born 1997, of Concord was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 15 on three bench warrants after an incident at Tru By Hilton on South Main Street.

Philip M. Petrin, 37, of Allenstown was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on Feb. 13 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge as well as two warrants. He was arrested after an incident on Interstate 93. Petrin was arraigned on Feb. 16 in Merrimack County Superior Court and released on $5,000 cash bail. He is due back in court for a dispositional conference hearing on April 20.
John Joshua Jellue, 25, of Concord was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Feb .12 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Wow Fried Chicken and Bar on Pleasant Street Extension. He is due in superior court for arraignment on March 10.
Holly S. Pickering, 37, of Concord was arrested at 10 a.m. on Feb. 11 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. She also has an active felony theft case making its way through superior court from September 2021.
Victor Anctil, 40, of Concord was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Feb. 10 on a warrant after an incident on Manchester Street. He failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court on a motion to suppress hearing on Dec. 20, 2021, and a final pretrial hearing on Jan. 31 on a felony controlled drug act charge out of Hooksett.
