Concord Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charge: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jessica Duplak, 28, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 27, 2021, in Concord.

Christopher Hawkins, 37, of Ivy Lane in Franklin on a sale of fentanyl charge on June 22, 2021, in Franklin.

Joshua Houten, 33, of Court Street in Laconia on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Sept. 22, 2021, in Bow.

Madison Howland, 18, of Franklin Street in Franklin on possession of fentanyl and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Storrs Street in Concord on Oct. 18, 2021.

James Jackson, 41, of Carter Hill Road in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 4, 2021, on Fisherville Road in Concord.

Nancy Jones also known as Nancy Turner, 56, of Chichester or Concord on six felony sale of a controlled drug-meth charges on July 30, Aug. 6, Aug. 12, Aug. 25, Sept. 23, and Oct. 4, 2021, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on an intent to distribute charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2018.

Larry Laing, 41, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 25, 2021, in Hooksett.

Joshua Land, 37, of Ormond Street in Concord on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of placing his hands on a firearm while telling officers he would not be taken alive or words to that effect on Oct. 15, 2021, in Concord. Patrick Larocque, 25, of Q 49th Street in New York, New York, on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 7, 2021, in Warner.

Jeffrey A. Luckern, 59, of High Ridge Trail in Concord on theft by unauthorized taking and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges (fentanyl, meth, and crack cocaine), all felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Eastern Mountain Sports in Concord and possessing the drugs on Oct. 31, 2021.

Eric Mandigo, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of oxycodone charge on Oct. 2, 2021, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a sale of a narcotic drug charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2021.

Danielle McHugh, 27, of Mayhew Turnpike in Plymouth on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 6, 2021, in Concord.
