Former Coach Indicted On Trafficking, Rape, Other Charges: Court

Concord man indicted on a reckless conduct-firearm charge; woman accused of dealing meth; Nashua man indicted on forgery, ID fraud charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Shane Moulton, 39, of Ledge Road in Northfield on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 7 in Franklin.

Juan B. Negron, 50, of Maple Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining or disposing of a Nissan Maxima owned by Toyota of Nashua on Feb. 21 in Concord.

Stefanie Anne Nevin, 39, of Staniels Road in Loudon on a felony possession of amphetamine charge on Jan. 13 in Concord.

Javier Ochoa-Tejeda, 48, of Pine Street in Nashua on forgery and identity fraud charges, both felonies. He was accused of obtaining money, credit, or goods while submitting a driver’s license application in the name of another on Jan. 23, 2013, in Concord.

Lawrence Osteen, 37, of Kearsarge Valley Road in Wilmot on two felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of speeding in his truck toward the town’s police chief, driving in the opposite lane toward the chief, and ramming a snowbank near the chief’s police cruiser on Feb. 2 in Wilmot.

Daniel Parker, 30, of Franconia Road in Concord on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge on Oct. 26, 2021, in Concord.

Shannon Pellot-Sosa, 36, of Hall Street in Concord on three felony sale of a controlled drug-principal/accomplice charges. She was accused of working with Nancy Jones to sell methamphetamine to an undercover police officer on July 30, Aug. 25, and Sept. 23, 2021, on Loudon Road in Concord, according to the indictment.

Philip Petrin, 37, of River Road in Allenstown on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 12 in Concord.

Joshua Pincoske, pictured, 47, of North Spring Street in Concord on 39 counts of manufacture of child sexual abuse images, three counts of felonious sexual assault, two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, seven counts of trafficking of persons, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents between April 1, 2017, and March 19, 2020. Cecil H. Plaisted Jr., 43, of Washington Street in Rochester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 17, 2021, in Loudon. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in March 2021.

Jessica Poitras, 39, of Plains Court in Franklin on possession of buprenorphine, possession of pregabalin, and possession of meth charges, all felonies, as well as driving under the influence and three counts of possession of a prescription drug without a prescription charges. She was accused of drunken driving in a Chevrolet HHR on Central Street in Franklin and being in possession of the drugs at the time of the arrest on Dec. 22, 2021.

Jennifer Quijano, 38, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hooksett on Feb. 2. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges.
