Alleged LSD Dealer, Saw and Car Thieves, Others Indicted: Roundup

Convicted Weare thief faces burglary, property charges plus Allenstown, Andover, Northwood, and Roxbury residents face drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court

Robert Nadeau, 39, pictured upper left, of South Main Street in Franklin, for receiving stolen property, a felony. He allegedly disposed of the property of another – a multi-speed saw, silverware, toys, and tools – on Aug. 19, 2016, in Franklin. Nadeau has twice between convicted of receiving stolen property in 2012 and burglary in 2014.

Justin Parr, 38, of Main Street in Andover, for possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on Oct. 18, 2016, in Andover.

Tyler Payne, 31, pictured lower left, of Arthur Road in Weare, on six counts of accomplice to burglary and four counts of receiving stolen property, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in October and November in Bow, Bradford, and Concord. In some of those cases, he reportedly worked in concert with Jean Beaulieu. Payne has previously been convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in Merrimack County Superior Court and theft by deception in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in 2014.

Danielle Parisi, 29, of Dakin Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly taking unauthorized control over a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck while being aided by Ryan Stelzer on Aug. 26, 2016, in Concord.

Vincente Perez, 55, pictured lower right, of Pine Street in Northwood, for possession of narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 11, 2017, on Dover Road in Epsom.

David Perry, 56, of Washington Street in Roxbury, MA, for felony controlled act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine allegedly on Oct. 9, 2016, in Hooksett.

Philip Petrin, 32, of River Road in Allenstown, for possession of narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, a felony, allegedly on Oct. 7, 2016, on Hackett Hill Road in Hooksett. Previously, Petrin was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in June 2013.

Anthony Renfrew, 39, of Hooksett, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-LSD allegedly on Oct. 19, and Oct. 26, 2016, in Epsom. Previously, he was convicted of possession of a narcotic drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2014.

Scott Robbins, 29, of Fisherville Road in Concord, for felony habitual offender allegedly on Sept. 26, 2016, on Washington Street in Concord.

Hector Rodriguez, 22, pictured upper left, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Oct. 31, 2016, in Allenstown. At the time, he was on bail for operating after suspension, operating without a license, disobeying a police officer, and possession of a controlled drug.
