Concord Felon Indicted On Weapon, Threat Charges: Court
Plus: Concord man faces deadly weapon charges in Hooksett; prisoner indicted on assault charge; Manchester rapist indicted on weapon charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Wilson Pellot-Sosa, 33, of Hall Street in Concord on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, criminal threatening-domestic violence, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent offense-methamphetamine charges, all felonies. Gage A. Pepin, 26, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on July 4 in Concord.

Frank G. Petrillo, 53, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of hitting another man on Jan. 24 at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord.
Philip Petrin, 37, of River Road in Allenstown on delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of bringing fentanyl into the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on June 7.

Cecil H. Plasted Jr., 33, of Washington Street in Rochester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent-fentanyl charge on July 17 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on drug charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Brenin A. Reale, 33, of Rosemary Court in Concord on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, fentanyl, lisdexamfetamine, and psilocin-psilocybin charges. He was accused of being in possession of drugs on May 12 and July 17 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, Reale was convicted on drug charges in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Michael Regan, 53, of Cilley Road in Manchester on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of being in possession of metallic knuckles on June 26 in Hooksett. Regan was convicted on a rape charge in 1986.
Anthony J. Rizzo, 38, of Loudon Road in Concord on motor vehicles; penalties and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of speeding in a Hyundai on Interstate 93 south in Hooksett on July 1 after being certified as a habitual offender and putting others in danger.
Jackie Roberts, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a bicycle, valued at more than $1,500, from another man on June 29 in Concord.
Brian Sarabia, 44, of Tuttle Lane in Hillsboro on a pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. He was accused of possession a switchblade knife and the drug on June 1 in Henniker.
Mark Sargent, 29, of Skyline Drive in Newport on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges on April 11 in Hopkinton.
Martha Sartwell, 55, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining the property of a U-Haul, a van, knowing or believing it had been stolen, on July 21.
