2 New Hampshire Corrections Department Fugitives Captured: Follow-Up
Phillip Bryson, on the lam since March, was arrested in Hooksett; Elizabeth Brassard, featured in August, was arrested in Manchester.

CONCORD, NH — Two New Hampshire Department of Corrections fugitives of the week have been captured, the department said on Tuesday.
Phillip Ronald Bryson, 52, was wanted on a parole violation warrant out of Merrimack County Superior Court after being convicted of drug distribution. He was featured in mid-March.
Around 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 8, Hooksett police were sent to Shooter’s Outpost for a report of an unwanted party. Police spoke to the man and accused him of giving a false name. But later, he was identified as Bryson. He was arrested and taken to the Merrimack County Jail.

Later, Bryson was transported back to the New Hampshire State Prison for Men. He has a parole revocation hearing on Nov. 7.
Brassard was featured in late August on warrants connected to drug and theft convictions.

“Following this feature,” the department said, “the department received information that fugitive parolee Brassard may be staying at an address in Manchester.”
On Sept. 29, deputies from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s found Brassard and accused her of attempting to hide on the rear porch of a building. She was arrested without incident and is currently in the custody of the New Hampshire Department of Corrections.
The corrections department thanked Hooksett police and Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance with the cases.
