Former DCYF Employee Indicted On Evidence Charges In Child Rape Case: Court Roundup
Plus: Concord man indicted on North End shooting charges; Penacook drug indictment; another indictment in prison drug delivery case.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jorge Alvarado, 44, of Union Street in Manchester on a felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of agreeing with Saturn Alleyne, Joshua Peno, Wendy Sturtevant, Michael Meucci, and others and others unknown to get buprenorphine into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord between July 11 and July 14, 2021.
Noel Boyd, 59, of Endicott Street in Laconia on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on March 26 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Deborah Ann Bradley, 56, of Albin Road in Bow felony counts on accomplice to falsifying physical evidence and conspiracy to commit falsifying physical evidence. Between July 1 and Aug. 16, 2019, in Bow, she was accused of acting in concert with Kenneth Bradley by giving him a girl’s cellphone that contained a recording that he erased after believing an official proceeding or investigation was pending or about to be instituted concerning child rape allegations against him. She then returned the cell phone to the girl and informed her that it had been erased. She was employed by the state as a connection specialist for children at the time of the incident. Kenneth Bradley, 56, of Albin Road in Bow was also indicted in November on felony counts on accomplice to falsifying physical evidence and conspiracy to commit falsifying physical evidence concerning the above matter.

Justin Brito, 25, of Concord on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of striking a corrections officer in the jaw on Oct. 24, 2021, in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord.
Phillip Bryson, 51, of Lochmere Circle in Tilton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-hydromorphone charge on July 14 in Boscawen.
Carlye J. Bubacz, 30, of Meadow Lane in Allenstown on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge — accused of stealing items from Target in Hooksett on June 21.
Ezra Burdette, 20, of Rumford Street in Concord on two felony counts of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon. He was accused of firing a .38 caliber handgun at residents and passersby as well as a Chevrolet Malibu with three people inside on Rumford Street on Aug. 20 in Concord. Joshua R. Burney, 44, of Village Street in Penacook on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Sept. 30 in Concord.
Timothy C. Casey, 20, of Jofre Street in Concord on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of smashing the windshield and the taillight, damaging paint, and breaking the side view mirrors of a 2016 Jeep Cherokee owned by another person on Sept. 16 in Concord.
