Man Arrested On Assault Charges Then Stalking 3 Hours Later: Log

Concord man, with several active charges, arrested twice in 3 days; Webster man charged with prowling; Pembroke man faces assault charge.

CONCORD, NH — Cassi J. Page, 33, of Woodlawn Drive in Allenstown was arrested at 6:14 a.m. on Nov. 15, 2021, on a criminal trespass charge. An officer, in the Walmart parking lot on Loudon Road, saw Page walking across the street to the Shell gas station, according to an affidavit. The officer noted they were familiar with Page due to prior police contacts and knew she was trespassed from the gas station due to an incident the previous week. The officer accused her of walking through the parking lot and into the gas station. A second officer arrived and they drove over to the gas station. There, they accused Page of standing near the Dunkin’ Donuts counter inside the store. The officers went inside to speak with her, informed her she was not allowed in the store, and she said she knew that, an affidavit stated. Page, the report said, replied she was cold and did not know where else to go. The officers then arrested her. At police headquarters, Page was accused of refusing to cooperate with the booking process and was taken to the county jail. Page is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for a status conference on Nov. 29 on two felony criminal mischief charges.

Randall A. Hamilton, 31, of Fremont was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on Nov. 11 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at the Royal Gardens Apartment Complex. He has pending drug charges out of Bow, Concord, and Hooksett from 2020 and 2021 in superior court as well as felony theft and resisting charges from 2020.

Kimberly R. Graham, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on Nov. 7 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Herbert Street.

Demarcu C. Clemons, 37, of Portsmouth Street in Concord was arrested at 9:22 p.m. on Nov. 6 on false imprisonment, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Portsmouth Street. He was arrested again at 12:32 a.m. on Nov. 7 on stalking and breach of bail charges on Portsmouth Street after officers were sent to a home for a report of someone banging on the door and window of a residence. The calling party accused Clemons of being there after he was removed from the home a few hours before. Officers arrived and the reporting officer accused Clemons of yelling at a woman through a window. When officers spoke with him, he said he had nowhere else to go, an affidavit stated. He was then arrested and taken straight to the county jail.

Brandon Scott Mancini, 31, of Concord was arrested at 3:51 p.m. on Nov. 6 on a bench warrant after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He was arrested again at 1:33 a.m. on Nov. 9 on criminal mischief and criminal trespass charges after an incident at Garvins Falls Road. Mancini has active drug, theft, and trespass charges in superior court.

Joseph N. Donisi, born 1978, of Webster was cited at 7:38 p.m. on Nov. 4 on a loitering or prowling charge after an incident at Dan O’Brien Kia on Manchester Street. He has active burglary, drug, trespass, reckless operation, threatening, and resisting charges out of Concord and Webster in superior court.

Alexandra Davis Eckersley, 24, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on Nov. 4 on two criminal trespass charges after incidents at Walmart on Loudon Road. She has an active drug case in superior court.

Phillip Ronald Bryson, 50, of Tilton was arrested on a felony operating after being certified as habitual offender charge after an incident at 204 Fisherville Road at 11:28 a.m. on Nov. 1.

Zachary William Monteer, 30, of Pembroke was arrested at 8:48 a.m. on Oct. 19 on simple assault and criminal trespass charges after an incident on Max Lane.

Corey M. Hynes, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 7 a.m. on Oct. 19 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Manchester Street.

Brian Kiggen, born 1956, of Manchester was cited on a criminal trespass charge at 8:31 p.m. on Oct. 18 after an incident on North Main Street.

Cordaire C. Nelson, 35, of Concord was cited at 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 18 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Morning Star Condominiums on Loudon Road.
