3-Term Incumbent Councilor Gets A Challenger In Ward 10: Watch

CONCORD, NH — The Ward 10 Concord city councilor, who has been in office since winning a special election for the open seat in March 2019, is fending off her first serious challenger.

Jeff Foote, a native of the city, is on the ballot in 2023 against Ward 10 Zandra Rice Hawkins.

The two candidates appeared at a debate sponsored by Concord NH Patch, Concord TV, and the New England Take podcast in the Concord TV studios.
