7 Arrested During DWI Saturation Patrol In Greater Concord Area
New Hampshire State Police: Around 90 vehicles were checked in the capital region Saturday resulting in 5 DUI and 2 suspension arrests.

CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police troopers from Troop D held a "DWI saturation patrol" in the greater Concord area Saturday. About 90 vehicles were stopped during the patrol, according to Lt. Michael Commerford of Troop D, which resulted in seven arrests. Commerford said that state troopers had taken "an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving when impaired."
Five of the seven people were arrested on some drunken driving charge. They are: Zachary Crudale, 25, of Concord, was charged with aggravated DUI; Ian P. Rollins, 21, of Gilmanton, was charged with DUI and speeding; Julio Martinelli, 46, of Hanover, was arrested on DUI; Cole R. Remillard, 22, of Loudon, was arrested on a DUI charge; as was Ronald Kane, 62, of Danbury.
Le Panya, 40, of Litchfield, was arrested on operating after suspension-subsequent and disobeying an officer charges as well as two warrants. Fuad Ndibalema, 48, of Barre, Vermont, was arrested and charged with operating after suspension-subsequent, operating on a suspended registration, and disobeying an officer.

"New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight impaired driving and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their fullest extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways," Commerford added.
