7 Charged During State Police DWI Saturation Patrol

State troopers stopped more than 100 vehicles Saturday which led to drunken driving, simple assault, and other arrests in greater Concord.

CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police held another DWI Saturation Patrol in the state, this time, in the greater Concord area Saturday, which led to seven arrests. Troop D troopers stopped 102 vehicles during the patrol. Two people, according to Staff Sgt. William Graham, were arrested on drunken driving charges.

Peter Ross, 36, of Epping, was charged with DWI-second offense and Roger Duhaime, 34, of Sanborton, was also charged with DWI.

Three people face operating after suspension charges: Damion Carone, 25, of Lebanon, Maine; John Barber, 28, of Manchester; and Loretta Pinkham-Gerasimov, 58, of Andover, Vermont. Both Carone and Barber are facing subsequent charges for OAS, according to Graham.

Tristan Beasley, 23, of Sanborton, was arrested on an operating without a valid license charge while Matthew Emanoulin, 28, of Andover, was arrested on a simple assault charge.

Two other motorists face reckless driving charges, accused of driving in excess of 100 mph, Graham stated.

State police, Graham added, would be working with the laws on the books and tools available to them in order to make sure residents and visitors were safe while driving in New Hampshire.
