Concord Man Arrested on Second DWI Charge: Log

CONCORD, NH — Kazadi Ngoy, 58, of Lincoln Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, for disorderly conduct. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Lincoln Street.

Sarah J. Martin, 26, of Heartwood Lane in Concord, was arrested at 6:14 p.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on Fisherville Road.

Jamie B. Tiede, 35, of Wes Locke Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, for criminal mischief after an alleged incident in an apartment on Loudon Road.

Allison Lopez, 22, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Nov. 24, 2016, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. She was arrested on North State Street.

Garrett W. Halle, 23, of Stone Street in Concord, was arrested at 111:47 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Stone Street.

Lulacha Bilombe, 24, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2016, for operating without a valid license. He was arrested on East Side Drive.

Roger P. Duhaime, 31, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. on Nov. 26, 2016, for criminal mischief. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Beacon Street.

Travis J. Homo, 32, of Blackwater Road in Concord, received a summons at 3:56 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2016, for driving after revocation of suspension. He was stopped on North State Street.
